• All prices displayed on our store are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).
• Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on the store.
• An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed, where online payment is required.
• If the amount has been deducted but the order confirmation has not appeared, please contact us before making another payment so we can verify the transaction status.

• We provide delivery services within the areas covered by our store across Kuwait.
• Delivery fees are calculated according to the selected area or delivery address.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, including area, block, street, house/building number, and any additional details that may help locate the address.
• Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time.
• If the customer cannot be reached or no one is available to receive the order, we will contact the customer to arrange the appropriate solution. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery, where applicable.
